3. Texas Licensing & Educational Disclaimer
DFW Lash University offers specialty vocational courses designed to prepare students for specialty beauty and lash licensing exams within the State of Texas.
No Guarantee of Licensing: While our training meets state structural guidelines, enrollment and graduation from our programs do not automatically guarantee state licensure. Students must fulfill all independent hours, pass practical testing protocols, and clear state board testing schedules to achieve licensure.
Tuition & Refund Policies: All course fees, down payments, and enrollment tuition structures are strictly bound by our formal Student Enrollment Agreement documents signed upon admission.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, instructional video materials, study guides, and text compiled on this website or inside our learning management portals are the exclusive intellectual property of Roxie Lash LLC DBA DFW Lash University and are protected fully by copyright laws. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
